Description

Owner for 20+ Years, Newer Full enclosure, In-Mast Furling, Newer Raymarine GPS, Autopilot, Newer 120 Genoa, Winter Cover, Anchor Windlass, V Berth with Port & Starboard Sidestep Access...Turn-Key and ready to cruise. The 2000 Catalina 310 is a standout model for those seeking a versatile and comfortable cruising sailboat. It offers a perfect blend of manageable size, spacious interior, and reliable performance, making it an excellent choice for weekend getaways or extended coastal cruising. Whether you’re a couple looking for a comfortable cruiser or a sailor seeking a well-rounded boat, the Catalina 310 delivers on all fronts.

"Everyone who boards Loon Seeker comments on the spacious cockpit. Then they admire the light, bright, teak interior. We were told the 310 was designed to be safe and comfortable. It is! She confidently sails in winds over 20 knots and delivers good performance in lighter winds. The boat is well equipped for long trips, and we have loved anchoring in a bay to swim and relax with good music, comfortable seats and a VERY comfortable bed. She also offers an upgraded battery system so that you don't have to worry about being unable to use the engine after being away from shore power for an extended period of time. Most V-berths are small. but Loon Seeker's forward cabin offers the feeling of a much larger space. And if children and grandchildren are part of the crew, she offers great fun in a boat, whether learning to sail or swimming when anchored. After swimming, 2 people can also have privacy for changing at the same time - one in the roomy head and one in the forward cabin. The swim ladder has 4 rungs with rubber treads making it easier for those sailors with back or knee problems. And when it comes to performance, experienced sailors and racers, have envied Loon Seeker's performance so much so that they invested in new sails and a folding prop in an attempt to match that of our Catalina 310."
