1987 Pearson 31-2 | Yanmar 18hp | Main Sail | Furling Genoa | Gennacker | New Full Enclosure | New Upholstery | Full Refit Interior & Exterior | Parry Sound, ON
Purchased on Lake Ontario six years ago, this Pearson 31-2 has benefited from an extensive stem-to-stern refurbishment that sets it apart from most examples on the market. The deck was completely re-cored using waterproof materials before receiving new gelcoat and non-skid, while the hull was refinished in blue with fresh bottom paint. The work was completed prior to a 2025 survey by George Bridal, giving buyers added confidence in the condition of the vessel.
She is powered by a dependable 18HP Yanmar diesel and comes well equipped with a furling genoa, mainsail with lazy jacks, Gennacker with Sock, Raytheon electronics, Garmin GPS, electric windlass with Rocna anchor, and a new full canvas enclosure complete with custom Sunbrella cockpit cushions and SeaDek flooring. The sale also includes a dinghy with Nissan outboard, new Magma BBQ, and a replacement hot water heater currently on order.
Below deck, the cabin has been tastefully updated with new teak and holly flooring, custom upholstery throughout, and offers comfortable elegant accommodations for up to six. This is a well-maintained, extensively updated Pearson 31-2 that's ready for its next owners to step aboard and enjoy.
