BOATS SOLD YOY

- Sales Volume remained consistent year-over-year
- November activity increased significantly this winter
- February recovery in sales
- Many boats continue to sell before Spring Launch.
We expect more than 40% of current inventory to be sale pending by spring launch!
One of the most interesting insights:
Buyers continue to target well-maintained 20–25 year old boats with the average age of vessel sold actually decreasing so far in 2026 - a trend we'll keep an eye on. At the same time, inventory in the 45ft+ category remains tight, which is creating strong opportunities for sellers heading into the spring boating season.
DEMAND BY BOAT SIZE

- 46-50 ft Boats experienced the strongest demand (+14.3%)
- 50ft+ boats also increased (+8.3%)
- The 30-40 ft Segment softened slightly this winter.
Strong demand and generally low inventory levels un the 46ft+ size category driving sales!
⚓ What this means for Ontario boaters
We’re seeing serious buyers already preparing for the spring launch season. Boats are Selling and new boats are coming to market - there’s a healthy market dynamic. Despite some weakness in the 36-40ft segment, well-priced boats are moving, both power and sail.
